343 Labs Post-Graduate Program Berlin

This program is designed for students that have successfully completed the 343 One-Year Program and are looking to apply their knowledge and spend a year working on a Culminating Project to further their professional careers. The Culminating Project is a tangible music project which the student develops and completes under the guidance of a mentor and presents at the end of the program.

During the year students will have access to all of 343’s resources and community, such as studio time, lab time, use of equipment, events and masterclasses, courses and private lessons, discounts, and will be offered professional opportunities as they arise, in relation to the student’s expertise and Culminating Project. The student will also have the opportunity to get experience as a mentor, optionally serving as a peer helper to a 1-Year Program student from the new cohort.

Here is what’s included:

  • One year length*

  • 2 mentorship sessions per month

  • Culminating Project, overseen by mentor

  • Weekly studio time

  • Lab time and use of 343 community spaces and equipment

  • Professional opportunities through the 343 Labs network**

  • Access to 343 community and social channels

  • Student discounts on software

  • Free access to all 343 events and masterclasses

  • Option to take (or retake) any class at 40% off

  • Option to book additional private lessons at 40% off

  • Option to mentor another student

*Can be extended or shortened on a quarterly basis upon request

**This could include performance opportunities, intros to record labels, agents, and other industry professionals, internships etc
