Refund policy

 

Students are entitled to a full refund for course fees, minus a €200 Refund Fee, up to 30 days before the start of the course, and up to 24 hours after making payment. All refund requests must be made via email to [email protected], and are subject to the €200 Refund Fee, and can take up to 30 days to process. Requests made anytime up to 14 days before the start of the course will receive a 75% refund of the total cost of the course or program. Requests made within 14 days before the beginning of the first class and before the beginning of the second class will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of the course or program. Any refund requests made after the beginning of the second class for a particular course are non-refundable.

Transferring to another course: If a student would like to transfer their enrollment to a different course, they can do so anytime until the start of the third class. All transfer requests must be made via email to [email protected] and are subject to a €100 Transfer Fee. No transfers can be made after the beginning of the third class.

Course Bundles: All Refund Policy rules apply to Bundles. All refund requests need to be made before the beginning of the second class of the first course in a particular Bundle, and any refund requests made after the beginning of the second class for a particular Bundle disqualifies the Bundle from being refundable.

Discounts: Any courses that have been discounted through promotions of any sort cannot be refunded. This does not apply to Early Bird discounts. All courses can be transferred to another person upon request, for a fee of €100. 

Workshop Refunds and Transfers Students are entitled to a full refund, minus a €50 Refund Fee up to 30 days before the start of the workshop, 75% up to 14 days before the start of the workshop, and 50% within 14 days before the beginning of the workshop. No refunds possible from the day the workshop starts. All refund requests must be made via email to [email protected], and must pay the €50 Refund Fee, and can take up to 30 days to process.

If a student would like to transfer enrollment for a workshop an email request must be sent to [email protected] and this must be received before the start of the workshop. The transfer cost for workshops is €50.

Workshop refund policy: Students are entitled to a full refund, minus a €50 admin fee up to 30 days before the start of the workshop, 75% up to 14 days before the start of the workshop, and 50% within 14 days before the beginning of the workshop. No refunds possible from the day the workshop starts. All refund requests must be made via email to [email protected], and must pay the €50 admin fee, and can take up to 30 days to process.

Private Class refund policy: Students are entitled to a full refund, minus a €50 Refund Fee, up to 7 days before the start of the first class. Requests made within 7 days before the beginning of the first class and before the beginning of the second class will receive a 50% refund minus a €50 Refund Fee. Any refund requests made after the beginning of the second class are non-refundable. All refund requests must be made via email to [email protected], and must pay the €50 Refund Fee, and can take up to 30 days to process.

Course Expiration: All courses must be used by student within one year of purchase date, unless otherwise agreed upon via email with 343 Labs administration. Any courses not used by student within one year of purchase will be deemed invalid and will not be eligible for a refund.

Postponement & Cancelation: If a course is canceled by 343 Labs for any reason, all payees will receive 100% of their money back no later than 30 days after the start date of the course. 343 Labs reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a course or any portion of a course due to extenuating circumstances such as, but not limited to illness of the instructor, or low enrollment. For the avoidance of doubt, if a course or any portion of a course is postponed or rescheduled, this does not in any way constitute the right to a refund of any sort.  

Student Absences: Students are responsible for attending class. If a student is ill or unable to attend class for any reason whatsoever, student has the option to make up the class by scheduling a private makeup lesson. The makeup lesson must be paid for in advance by the student and is dependent on the availability of 343 Labs instructors. Failure to schedule a makeup lesson does not in any way constitute the right to a refund of any sort.  

Miscellaneous: 343 Labs reserves the right to change the advertised instructor of a course without notice, and changing the instructor does not in any way constitute the right to a refund of any sort.
