This special one-time masterclass is for producers who want to create music specifically for the dance floor. Come learn strategies for maximizing the impact of your tracks, how to make them fit with other music in your genre, and methods for reaching the finish line faster. First, Sentient Number Six leads us through a production, including choosing sounds, arrangement, and putting the finishing touches on your mix. Next, Alex Iso discusses incorporating your track into a DJ set; organizing and preparing in advance, set-building strategies, and playing on industry standard equipment. This workshop is perfect for beginner and intermediate producers and DJs who want to get new ideas about how to level up.
